Absolutely! We encourage our clients to share their ideas and preferences with us for their photography session. We want your photos to reflect your personality and style, so we are happy to accommodate specific requests as much as possible.

Please allow 3 to 6 months for photos and videos to be delivered. As for  photo albums, they can take from 1 to 2 weeks after you choose which photos to be in the album.

Yes, we can provide express deliveries within your deadline with an additional fee of $500 CAD.

Yes, we can mail your USB with an additional fee of $50 CAD.

Yes, we do provide RAW files, which is a service not all companies offer. However, our standard practice is to fully edit every file before delivery, so clients typically don't need the unedited versions. Should you be approved to receive the RAW photos and videos, we would deliver them on a storage drive for a fee of $900.

Yes, our service includes one complimentary revision upon delivery. This covers adjustments like changing music, removing a scene, or cropping. To ensure precision, please email us detailed timestamps for each requested change. The revised work will be returned within 1-2 weeks.

Should you require additional revisions after the first, a fee of $150 CAD per event will apply. Once your revision is ready, we will replace the original file uploaded online.
